Anna M. Lokshina, 77, of Palm Coast passed away Friday January 29, 2010.  She was born in Moscow, Russia December 16, 1932 and moved to the United States in 1981.  She was a medical doctor both in Russia and later the United States and saved many lives as an Oncologist.   She enjoyed travel and always had a passion for art, her specialty being portraits.  She enjoyed teaching art in Palm Coast and had won several awards for her excellent paintings.  Anna is survived by a cousin, Sarra Kaplun Pevzner; cousins Ellen Panassenko Pevner and Maria Rog Pevner; nephews Michael Shmlevich and Leova Shmlevich.
